EHS Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist with strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety compliance standards. The ideal candidate will manage contractor pre-qualification processes, ensure documentation compliance, and support data reporting and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and regulations
- Manage and review 3rd party/customer pre-qualification data
- Validate contractor documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Utilize ComplyWorks platform for contractor compliance management
- Monitor and maintain contractor qualification records
- Generate and analyze EHS reports and compliance data
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of EHS compliance standards and regulations
- Experience in contractor pre-qualification and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience with ComplyWorks
- Strong documentation validation and auditing skills
- Proficiency in data reporting and analysis
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in safety audits and risk assessments
- Familiarity with compliance management systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards
