About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HSE Coordinator to support and maintain our health, safety, and environmental programs. This role bridges the gap between administration and leadership, ensuring our safety systems remain current, compliant, and effective across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident working with data and documentation, and capable of coordinating multiple safety initiatives while supporting operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update health & safety systems, documentation, and records on a weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate and manage WCB claims and case management, including return-to-work programs
- Track and follow up on COR audit requirements and corrective actions
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of COR audits and internal safety audits
- Monitor safety metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies
- Support incident investigations, documentation, and corrective action tracking
- Assist with safety meetings, training coordination, and communication initiatives
- Work closely with operations to promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in a health & safety role (oil&gas, industrial, or similar preferred)
- Knowledge of COR programs and auditing processes
- Experience with WCB claims management and return-to-work coordination
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with safety management systems is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification (e.g., NCSO, CRSP (in progress), or equivalent) is considered an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
