Role Description
The Environmental Technician – Water Management will play a key role in executing field operations, monitoring water management systems, conducting soil and groundwater sampling, and performing environmental remediation tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB, requiring travel to sites within the region. The role involves preparing detailed reports, maintaining compliance with environmental regulations, and ensuring the success of water management and environmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Environmental Services, including waste and water management
- Solid knowledge in Remediation, Groundwater sampling, and Soil analysis
- Strong Communication skills for effective reporting and client interactions
- Ability to work independently in field environments and adapt to varying site conditions
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations
- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fields is highly desirable
