We serve a wide range of private and public sector clients across the Hamilton and Niagara Region.Your RoleWe’re looking for a P.Geo/P.Eng (QPESA) who thrives on turning regulatory requirements into real-world, workable outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of our excess soils and environmental work—leading projects, completing BRAT assessments, filing ECAs with the MECP, and ensuring compliance with O. Reg. 406/19. You’ll also contribute to ESA projects, remediations and RSC filings under O. Reg. 153/04.What You’ll DoOversee Phase One and Two ESA and RSC work including review of lab results, and technical deliverables.Lead the planning and execution of excess soil management projects.Complete Beneficial Reuse Assessment Tool (BRAT) evaluations and reporting.Prepare and submit Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications to the MECP.Oversee soil and groundwater sampling programs, classification, and documentation.Mentor and support junior staff in the field and during reporting.Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and regulators to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.What You BringP. Geo (APGO) or P. Eng (PEO) designation in good standing.QP under O. Reg. 153/04.3-5+ years of environmental consulting experience.Knowledge of Ontario’s O.
