About The Role
This is a
high-trust ESG advisory and assurance role.
You Are Operating At The Intersection Of
- ESG consulting
- climate risk advisory
- sustainability assurance
- regulatory reporting
So you are not just advising companies.
You are validating whether their sustainability claims are actually defensible.
What You’ll Do
ESG Advisory & Strategy
- Lead ESG engagements including materiality assessments
- Develop ESG strategies aligned with client objectives
- Advise on frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP
Climate Risk & Sustainability Analysis
- Conduct climate risk and ESG risk assessments
- Identify sustainability opportunities and business resilience pathways
- Support development of ESG-integrated business strategies
Sustainability Reporting & Assurance
- Perform assurance procedures under ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410
- Review non-financial disclosures for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure reporting aligns with global standards and regulations
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Review technical outputs and ensure quality control
- Support capability building within the ESG practice
Business Development
- Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and presentations
- Support growth of ESG advisory services
- Engage with clients on sustainability transformation needs
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple ESG engagements across sectors and regions
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outputs
Who They’re Looking For
- 5+ years in ESG, sustainability consulting, or risk advisory
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG Protocol)
- Experience in ESG reporting, strategy, or assurance
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex engagements
- ESG certification is preferred
