Our team of experienced environmental professionals brings together expertise from academia, government, and the private sector to provide science-based, client-focused consulting services to Indigenous communities, industry, developers, government agencies, and non-government organizations across Canada with a focus in Ontario, Alberta and the Territories.
We are seeking motivated intermediate to senior Environmental Scientists to support mining, mining-focused regulatory review, and environmental contamination work across Canada.
Based near Bracebridge, Guelph, or Calgary (with remote flexibility), these roles are primarily desktop-focused with some fieldwork and participation in regulatory proceedings. As part of our collaborative team, successful candidates will also have opportunities to contribute to projects involving water quality, assimilative capacity and environmental modelling, and natural heritage features.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A degree in hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in mining, mining regulatory review, contaminated sites, or related consulting work.
- Excellent technical writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and science-driven approach to problem solving.
A professional designation (e.g., P.Geo. or P.Eng.) and experience with Canadian environmental regulatory processes are considered strong assets.
The position will include a salary of $100,000+ dependent on skills and experience, annual bonuses, four weeks paid vacation plus paid working days off between December 25th and January 1st, access to Group Retirement Savings Plan and employer-matched contributions, enrollment in a comprehensive health benefits plan, professional registration and continuing education support.
