You’ll Be Responsible For:

Managing client‑focused sustainability, climate and social value strategies, ensuring measurable, purpose‑led outcomes.
Delivering commercial targets by translating project objectives into effective, value‑driven sustainability solutions.
Providing technical expertise, drive innovation, support bids and raise Mace’s external profile.
Guiding and developing teams while championing net‑zero ambitions and sharing sector knowledge.

You’ll Need To Have:

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Expertise across environmental and social sustainability.
Project or programme management capability.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 125,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
