About the Role
As a Project Coordinator based out of Terrace, you’ll be the glue that keeps our Northern BC projects running smoothly. You’ll support the Project Manager across a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects in the region by handling key tasks, such as:
- Managing information flow between client, office, and field teams
- Project specific purchasing
- Assisting with RFIs & QA/QC submittals and tracking
- Tracking project-specific labor, equipment, and production
- Preparing and entering Change Orders and project billing
- Tracking costs and budgets, and preparing reports
What We Need From You
- 1 - 3 years of civil construction project coordination experience or a related role
- An understanding of project sequencing, cost control, and schedules
- Experience with RFIs, change management, and project documentation
- Comfortable using construction management software (Acumatica, HeavyBid, Salus, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Class 5 license and ability to travel to active sites
