Responsibilities Maintain and organize digital records related to leases, maintenance, and inspections Perform accurate and consistent data entry Assist with tracking utility and resource use (electricity, water, heating) Support basic reporting and data summaries Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag for correction Assist with general administrative tasks
