Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of reclamation and civil construction projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any challenges or delays.
Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
Ensure all required permits, environmental assessments, and regulatory approvals are obtained and adhered to.
Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide regular updates on project status.
Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation to senior management and clients.
Implement risk management strategies and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance across all areas of the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred)
5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on reclamation and civil construction projects. (preferred)
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, reclamation processes, and civil construction methodologies.
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification. (preferred)
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in field as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
