- Manage projects from proposal development through delivery and close-out, including schedules, budgets, client communications, and invoicing support.
- Support contaminated lands assignments, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation programs, risk assessments, and Records of Site Condition.
- Develop work programs, proposals, technical reports, planning documents, data interpretations, and recommendations that help clients make informed decisions.
- Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, field programs, and site-specific health and safety requirements.
- Supervise field activities such as soil logging and sampling, groundwater and surface-water sampling, stream-flow measurements, and landfill-gas monitoring.

- Strong knowledge of applicable environmental regulations, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing projects, preparing proposals and reports, controlling schedules and budgets, and communicating directly with clients and contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to review technical data, laboratory reports, historical records, regulatory information, and reporting deliverables.
