Overview
We are seeking a Sustainability Senior Analyst to join our Sustainability Program Office and play a key role in advancing our climate and environmental goals. This position partners with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support company-wide decarbonization initiatives and sustainability strategies.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, environmental data analysis, and sustainability frameworks, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Core Technical Skills
Required
- Solid understanding of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting, including Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions
- Experience supporting GHG inventory management, data validation, and audit readiness
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards:
- GHG Protocol
- TCFD
- ISSB
- CDP
- GRI
- Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with experience handling complex datasets
- Experience contributing to environmental sustainability programs (climate, resource use, or ESG)
- Ability to develop and support measurement frameworks (e.g., circularity, materials management)
Preferred
- Experience in the ICT (Information & Communications Technology) sector or similar industries
- Exposure to climate strategy development and decarbonization planning
- Familiarity with regulatory and disclosure requirements related to sustainability
Nice to Have
- Experience in circular economy, resource efficiency, biodiversity, or nature-related initiatives
- Knowledge of environmental risk and impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting across climate and environmental sustainability domains
- Contribute to GHG inventory processes, including methodology application and data quality improvement
- Assist in building and enhancing environmental performance and circularity frameworks
- Provide analytical support for climate strategy and decarbonization initiatives
- Integrate insights from environmental impact and risk assessments into strategic planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
